个人简介

李惠,博士,讲师,主要从事高速半导体器件相关的研究工作。20158月毕业于德国柏林工业大学,获理学博士学位。迄今,在国内外期刊发表论文20余篇,其中第一作者10篇;主持国家自然基金委理论物理博士研究人员启动项目一项、山东省中青年科学家科研奖励基金1项、青岛市应用基础研究计划项目1项、中科院长春光机所发光学及应用国家重点实验室开放课题1项。
